Nestro Rodri, known by the alias NYOP, is an elusive young producer from Bronx, New York. His moniker stands for ‘Not Your Ordinary Producer’ and released his debut album on bandcamp in 2019, “IMNYOP”. He has worked with fellow New York producer Tony Seltzer for NY rapper Wiki’s sophomore album Oofie, on a song dedicated to both producers NYOPxTONY. The song title is not only an homage but a shout out to the producers to give them more attention, as they both still early in their careers at the time (especially NYOP). This was his first appearance on an album aside from his own.
