Jonnali Mikaela Parmenius (born 9 August 1987), better known by the stage name Noonie Bao, is a Swedish singer-songwriter, and music producer.

Other than releasing her own music as a singer, she also has a rock solid portfolio as a songwriter, which includes artists such Charli XCX, Avicii, Clean Bandit, Alesso, Don Diablo & Matt Nash, Alan Walker, Carly Rae Jepsen, Coucheron, Sebjak, Tove Styrke, Dimitri vangelis & wyman and MØ.
