NjS (Duo)

In this new era of music, artists have to do a lot more than just stand out, and this group is doing just that. Bilingual Japanese-American Jazz Hip-Hop rappers Flow Zen (Robert Myers) and Kuga (Akihiro Shimo), have created a multi-national Hip-Hop group called NjS.

This group hails from the west coast in the city of fog, San Francisco, California and their music has embodied a “Bay Area” sound with some very interesting and dynamic production.

Their story begins quite humbly as the two rappers had been DJing together for seven years when, in a hotel room in Osaka, Japan in 2007, they began what later became the group NjS, and the rest is history.
