Nizami Ganjavi

Author of the famous love story “Layla and Majnun”, Nizami (1141–1209) is considered the greatest romantic epic poet in Persian literature. His heritage is widely appreciated and shared by Azerbaijan, Iran, Afghanistan, Tajikistan and Turkey.
