O'neil Clarke better known as Neily Hype, is a Jamaican reggae-dancehall musical artist and record producer.

Clarke was born 27th July 1992 and raised in a area called Bull Bay, in the parish of Saint Andrew, Jamaica. He attended Seaforth High school but dropped out in his final year. He then went to Donald Quarrie Evening Institute, then to Rockfort VTC (Heart Trust) where he got certified as an electrician in 2014.

Neily Hype began his musical career in 2009.
He is known for songs like ‘'September 3rd’‘ a song released in 2009 that depicts his high school experience, ’‘Money Thoughts’‘ was another well received single that was released in 2015 and was later remixed, featuring fellow Jamaican star Konshens.

Neily Hype established his own record label JA’s Finest Productions in 2015. He released his album JA’s Finest; Self Made on the JA’s Finest Productions label in 2015. In 2016 he released a 4 track EP titled The Next BIG Thing, he also produced a track for Uganda based recording artist Ivan Swaga titled “Kawala”
