About Nechie

Ceron Robert Lee (born April 18, 1998), known professionally as Nechie, is an American rapper from Atlanta, Georgia. He is signed to fellow Atlanta rapper Young Thug’s record label Young Stoner Life Records.

Before rapping, Nechie was a drug dealer when he was a teenager in the streets of East Atlanta, where he grew up, to support his family. He would constantly find himself arrested for dealing drugs, and was inspired to start rapping in prison. He was found by fellow Atlanta rapper Gunna, who is also signed to Young Stoner Life Records and is known for frequently collaborating with him and Thug.

Nechie released his debut mixtape, SSN: Southside Nechi (The Full Story), on July 26, 2019. It features guest appearances from fellow rappers LightSkinKeisha, Young Thug, Gunna, and Arin Ray. He is best known for his feature on Gunna’s track “ADDYS,” from his sophomore studio album, WUNNA, which was released on May 22, 2020.
