A self-described ‘audiophile’, Nathan L. Samuels began playing trumpet in the orchestra in the 3rd grade. He quickly became a multi-instrumentalist with the dream to compose truly original music. He performed with several acts local to his native San Diego before beginning his own project: XIV. XIV quickly grew from a solo project, to a seven-piece trip-hop phenomenon.
Later he founded See Through Records and has produced such acts as Sunday Hustle and Sounds Cool Collective in addition to XIV.
His music appears the film 66 & Nowhere from GSO Productions.
