About Nat & Alex Wolff

Brothers Nat and Alex Wolff began their careers at ages nine and six respectively, on the mockumentary-style Nickelodeon show “The Naked Brothers Band,”) for which the brothers composed and performed all songs on the show’s soundtrack, both Season 1 and Season 2. The show ran from February 3, 2007, to June 13, 2009.

After The Naked Brothers Band television show ended, the brothers continued to pursue music, emerging as a pop duo and shedding the Naked Brothers Band name for Nat & Alex Wolff.

Their first album post-Naked Brothers Band, Black Sheep, was released on October 11, 2011, and marks a turn towards more alternative styles of music, with the brothers citing Nirvana and Weezer as main influences.

In 2014, the brothers released a double-single, Cities/It’s Just Love. Three months later, they released another double-single, “Last Station” and “Rules”. On October 7, an additional double-single, consisting of “Where I’m Goin'” by Alex, and “Rock Star” by Nat, was released. An alternate version of Rock Star was also featured in the film Nat co-starred in, Palo Alto.

In November 2016, they announced their second studio album titled Public Places, and released the lead single “Rollin' Around.” Public Places was released December 16, 2016, and confirmed the brothers' status as mature and accomplished artists, with the album’s eight track run delving into themes such as self esteem, jealousy, and growing up.
