Nanne Kalma

Nanne Kalma (Amersfoort, 1949) is a multi-instrumentalist and composer in folk music and grew up in Leeuwarden.

He was part of the groups Pugh’s Place, Farmers Union, Irolt, De Perelaar, Kajto, Kat yn ’t Seil, Liereliet and the duo Nanne & Ankie / Nan'n Ankie.

He has been decorated with the Frisian Carnation and appointed Knight in the Order of Orange-Nassau.
