Nabiha Bensouda is a Danish singer-songwriter with North-West African roots. She grew up listening to her parents' eclectic record collection, which included reggae, R&B, disco, and traditional Malian music.

Her 2013 single, “Mind the Gap” reached #1 on the Danish streaming charts and crossed over into other countries, including Belgium and Great Britain. Nabiha’s sophomore effort, also titled Mind the Gap, arrived in 2013.
