Marcus Smart (born January 4, 1999), most professionally known as Muwop, is an American rapper from “Parkway Gardens” (better known as O'Block) on the Southside of Chicago. Influenced by King Von, he is signed to the rap management label, 100K MGMT.

Muwop fuses his life experiences and expresses them through his music. Despite being new to the rap scene, Muwop is well known and well respected. Muwop prides himself on speaking facts and killing every beat he is on. It’s just the beginning from his ultimate plan of fulfilling his promise to King Von to continue taking care of his family, friends and community.

On October 13, 2021, Muwop’s career took to a major turn as he was arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and charged with committing murder in aid of racketeering for the August 2020 death of Chicago native rapper, FBG Duck.
