Lance Spencer is a rapper, producer and label owner from California; professionally he uses the monikers Mr. Spence and Mister Spencer.
He founded Dollars & Spence Records (with producer Tone Capone). The label has released several compilations such as “Family Tree” in 1998, “FT2000” in 2000 as well as Mister Spencer’s “Retrospect” in 2011.
