About Mozzart (DEU)

Mozzart (DEU) is the best known pseudonym for Johannes Frankl, under which some well-known Italo-Disco/Euro-Disco/Hi-NRG tracks were produced and released by Fancy (DEU). These include “Money”, “Devil’s Rendezvous”, “Jasmin China Girl” and “Malice & Vice”.

He has also sung other songs, such as “Midnight Lover” (Paul Lander) and “Full Moon Night” (Mandy B. Man). Furthermore, he belonged to bands such as Leonardo & Planetary Vision and Mandy B. Man Band.

Frankl is a longtime friend of Fancy (DEU). In the 70s they performed parody shows in pubs, bars, salons and cabarets under the name of “Sandy, Mandy & Tess” and La Grande Revue.

Under the label Frankl Music many of Fancy (DEU)’s later productions were released, and also Franky & Friends ran the fanshop of him.
