Before his rise in the trap and later Afroswing/Afrobashment scene, Mo was a road rap artist that went by the name Mo The Kid and Lil Mo. He was also a member of street-gang Grey Gang (also known as “G.B.G”, or the “Grey Bandana Gang”) based in Hornsey, North London.

MoStack continued to take the UK by storm throughout 2016 through the release of his tracks “Liar Liar” and “Liar Liar (Remix)”, which boasted an all-star feature line up of Krept & Konan and J Hus.

His crowning moment came in 2017 following an unprecedented hit-streak, with a string of highly acclaimed singles such as “Screw & Bew”, “Let It Ring”, “Block Popping” and “Ussy Ussy”. He dropped his sophomore mixtape High Street Kid on June 2nd 2017 to a great critical response, with most dubbing it MoStack’s best body of work. The mixtape went on to land at Number 16 on the UK Album Charts.
