Song Mingi professionally known as MINGI (민기) is a South Korean rapper, dancer, and a member of the K-Pop group ATEEZ.

MINGI is a former Maroo Entertainment trainee, but is currently under the label KQ Entertainment. In 2017, MINGI was a contestant on the reality survival show, MIXNINE and was ranked 23rd place. In 2018, he made his debut with ATEEZ as the group’s main rapper. In 2020, MINGI announced that he would be going on hiatus from the group due to psychological anxiety problems.

Despite his hiatus, MINGI still took part in the recording of ATEEZ’ sixth mini album Zero : Fever Part.2. After eight months, on July 18, 2021, it had been announced that MINGI fully regained his health and would be returning from hiatus.

MINGI has showcased his versatility through solo projects including rock-influenced original songs like “Tunnel” and “AUTOBAHN” as well as a collaboration with K-R&B artist MIRANI on her song “Hit Me Up.”
