Milka Sarahi Cruz Ramirez (born October 22, 1987), known by her stage name Milka La Mas Dura, is a Dominican singer, rapper, songwriter and actress.

Milka has become known as one of the best female rapper in the Dominican Republic, for hits such as “Dale Ven Ven”, “Te Bote”, “Made in Villacon" among others. These songs were a great success and helped her career take off.
