Michael Lord is a musician, composer and songwriter from Southern California born and raised in Los Angeles. He found early success being part of various bands touring around the United States and later on decided recording and composing, and producing as he found his way into the music industry. He joined along Desmond Child arranging and recording songs for American Idol’s Season 4 Showstoppers Album that went certified gold. He soon began recording music being featured on tv shows such as Brothers & Sisters and the Nickelodeon series Zoey 101. His debut record “Sway” being released in 2004 found an audience when his song Smile was chosen by Apple “iTunes” Music as their single of the week. Other songs from “Sway” including Bleed and Forgiven soon found their way into hit television shows on Alias, What About Brian and Zoey 101. Currently Michael is composing, producing and arranging music for television, film and media.
