St. Louis native Metro Boomin (also known as Young Metro or simply Metro for short) is a rapper, songwriter, and producer. He frequently works with rappers like 21 Savage, Young Thug, and Offset to make collaboration albums (such as the 2017 joint album Without Warning).
Metro Boomin and Scott’s history dates back to the Houston rapper’s mixtape, Days Before Rodeo, where Boomin co-produced on “Mamacita,” and Rodeo cuts like “3500” and “Nightcrawler.”
