Mekhi Phifer

Mekhi Phifer was born and raised in Harlem, New York City. He is perhaps most well-known for his portrayal of Dr. Greg Pratt on NBC’s popular medical drama, ER.

He also appeared as David Porter in 8 Mile, opposite Eminem. His character’s stagename is “Future” (not to be confused with ATL rapper, Future).
