Meg White (born December 10, 1974 in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan) served as the drummer, and occasional singer, for the Detroit duo The White Stripes. Her “primal” drumming style has often received both praise and criticism from critics and fans.
Jack and Meg were married from 1996 to 2000, despite this, they still made music together. Ever since the break up of the group in 2011, Meg has remained quiet and kept a low profile.
