McBusted is a supergroup made up of McFly and Busted (minus original Busted member Charlie Simpson).

The two groups are long-time friends and have collaborated on several projects before, with their members sharing writing credits in most of their respective albums. After McFly’s ten year anniversary concert, where James Bourne and Matt Willis were featured guests, both bands decided to tour together as a supergroup. They released their debut self-titled album as a result, which entered the UK Albums Chart at #9.

McBusted split up after Charlie Simpson returned to Busted, and both bands wanted to concentrate on their respective careers.
