As a humble 22 year old, Matt Reed was an artist from birth. Known to keep a journal by his side since the age of 8, writing poetry was a hobby that consumed majority of his life.
Matt was born & raised in Dallas, TX graduating from Lake Highlands High School in 2008 at the age of 16. Following graduation, he decided to pursue his love for music.
From writing to mixing, recording to promoting, Matt Reed is a one man show.
He is currently working on an album, looking to drop in Fall 2013, following 2 highly rated mixtapes, Red Room (2011) & The Red Room Project (2012).
With hard work & dedication Matt has dropped his first single, ‘This Life’ nationwide in August 2013.
Matt Reed is also ranked as one of the top 10 artist in Dallas (via Reverbnation.com), & with YouTube videos reaching views in the thousands.
Matt pertains a burning desire to do whatever it takes to set the bar, push the envelope, appeal to the masses, and make history with his music.
