Marquess is a German pop band founded in 2006 in Hannover by Christian Fleps (vocals), Dominik Decker (keyboard), Sascha Pierro (guitar) and Marco Heggen (bass), Heggen left the band in 2011. In 2007 they had their biggest hit with “Vayamos Compañeros”. The group predominantly sings songs in Spanish, though with lacking grammar and, additionally, pronunciation mistakes.
