Markley was the name used by the West Coast Pop Art Experimental Band to release a single album, Markley, A Group in 1969. It is unknown why the album required the use of Bob Markley’s name instead of the band’s, but poor sales of the WCPAEB’s previous album, “Where’s My Daddy ?” that same year, could have contributed.
The album the band released under this moniker was their last, and they disbanded soon after its release.
