Maria Hazell is a Swedish artist and songwriter who has been active with music since she was four years old. She started her music career by singing at Stockholm’s musical scene and learned how to play both the piano and the violin. Initially, Maria focused a lot on her songwriting, eager to learn the different parts of creating music. However, over time she developed her own musical identity where it became important for her to write her own songs. With her unique, fantastic voice and her confidence in every tone she captures the heart of her listeners.

To this date, Maria has been a demo singer for Max Martin, featured on Nause’s hit single ’This Is The Song’, announced as ”Women to keep an extra eye on 2014” by Spotify and nominated for ”Rookie artist of the year” at Denniz Pop Awards. She’s also been on stage with Zara Larsson at last years Swedish Grammy Awards as well as supported Bebe Rexha on stage at her show in Stockholm last year.

Maria’s latest release “Debut”, has been written by Maria herself together with Thomas Troelsen, a singer, songwriter, and producer from Denmark.
