Marcus Smith is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, and rapper from Cleveland, Ohio. He has spent the better part of two decades perfecting his lyricism and musicianship. He began as a part of the alternative hip hop band Black & Broke. Smith released his debut solo album NILLA in 2019 and a follow-up EP titled Milky Way Lover in 2020. Marcus Smith’s sophomore album Unique Melange was released in June of 2023 and earned a Best Local Album nomination in the Best of Cleveland 2023 voting.
