Magic Man is an electronic rock band from Boston, Massachusetts. Formed by childhood friends Alex Caplow and Sam Lee, the band released their first album Real Life Color in 2010. Later, the vocalist and guitarist were joined by their high school friend Gabe Goodman on bass and college friends Justine Bowe on keyboard and Joey Sulkowski on drums.

They signed to Columbia Records in 2013 and released their EP You Are Here that September before departing on tour with Walk the Moon. Their debut record Before the Waves came out on July 8, 2014, and they went on a co-headlining tour with Waters before starting their first headlining tour.

In July of 2015, the band announced that Goodman, Bowe, and Sulkowski would be leaving the band, returning to their original two-piece lineup. In 2019, the band announced their split on social media.
