In 2005, Matthew Alexis Busek became the fourth member of Hollywood Undead (and the first to join after its creation). For his time with the band, he adopted the stage name “Da Kurlzz” due to his very curly hair. He later left Hollywood Undead on good terms in June 2017 to go pursue his solo career. Under the name “Magic Eyes,” he released his first single in August 2021.
