Madness 4 Real is the name of a Danish hip-hop production team consisting of Rasmus Berg called B, Nicholas Kvaran called Coldhands, and Lasse Bavngaard known as Blæs Bukki. All three members of Madness 4 Real is also members of the Danish hiphop group Den Gale Pose along with the rapper Jokeren.

Besides producing with Den Gale Pose, Madness 4 Real have also produced tracks for popular US hiphop artists such as Eazy-E, Ice Cube, and Mack 10.
