Lyn Lapid is a Filipino singer-songwriter, best known for her singles “Producer Man” and “In My Mind.” She began her music career releasing TikToks of short covers of various songs, but her most famous video was that of a short snippet, of the song now known as “Producer Man.” The post skyrocketed in popularity, quickly gathering millions of views and even resulted in Republic Records reaching out to her.

Following the success of “Producer Man,” Lapid kept releasing singles, notably her “quiet kid anthem,” titled “In My Mind.” This song later featured on her debut EP, The Outsider, released mid 2022.

In April 2023, nearly a year after the EP’s release, Lapid announced the end of “the outsider era” with the release date of single “Poster Boy,” which turned out to be the lead single of her sophomore EP, to love in the 21st century.
