About Luka (BEL)

Luka Cruysberghs (born 5 December 2000) is the former singer of the Belgian band Hooverphonic.

In 2017, she took part in the Belgian version of the Voice (The Voice van Vlaanderen). She sang her version of Marilyn Manson’s Sweet Dreams. All the coaches turned for her, but she decided to choose team Alex Callier. She then later won the contest.

In April 2018, Alex asked her to join his band Hooverphonic. Which she accepted.

In November 2020, she was fired by her band for the replacement singer Geike Arnaert, Alex Callier told in an interview that “It is a bitter sweet end for Luka. She is a good singer without question. But our partnership ends here. But I am gonna help her when she needs me. She’s gonna have a solo single with Universal and if she wants it, I can help her solo.”

On August 27 2021 she released her first solo single called “Not Too Late”.
