Formally know as ‘stupid rich kid’, Lucian Rice’s new artist venture falls under his personal name ‘Lucian Rice’ as he explores a new sound and persona, releasing music for the first time in almost 3 years. Lucian is an up and coming singer-songwriter and producer based out of New Zealand who has been making a name for himself over the last 5 years. Starting out making a blend of soft Indie Pop and Lo-fi, his new sound comes as a breath of fresh air for the artist as he explores a more alternative, anti-pop sound akin to likes of Harry Teardrop and James Ivy.
