Louis-Philippe Celestin (born August 30, 1994) is a Haitian-Canadian rapper and producer. He is the brother of Hip-Hop/Electronic producer Kaytranada. Phelps originally began performing under the alias Louie P. apart of the duo the Celestics, alongside his brother. Phelps' debut project 001: Experiments was released in 2017, which was entirely produced by Kaytranada.
