With a dark, multi-dimensional past, Lorelei channels honest accounts of the instabilities surrounding emotion – and personal tragedies forming within. The Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter beckons worlds of Alternative and Baroque Pop through cinnamon butter vocals and raw, lyrically pungent storytelling, setting the tone for love’s inevitable repercussions.

Lorelei Rose Taylor wrote her first song at 11 years old. With no guidance, she began labeling keyboard keys with marker, “clumsily strumming” Jewel covers on acoustic guitar. Lorelei turned her attention to college in 2012, moving to New York City where she studied communications at FIT, further minoring in English and forwarding to Florence, Italy to pursue Art History simultaneously.

Music returned to the forefront in 2017 when Lorelei Rose Taylor met Robbie Grabowski, a multi-faceted musician from underground punk-rock bands I Can See Mountains and Super American. The two developed a friendship over the next year and half, and in February 2019, began writing and recording in Robbie’s East Village apartment. In August 2019, the two turned to Stephen Kellner and Jesse Cannon for studio production.
