Live Squad was a hip hop group / production team from Hollis Queens, NY consisting of the two brothers Stretch (Randy Walker), Majesty (Christopher Walker) and DJ K-Low (Kevin Rhames) and Biggy Smallz (Not the Notorious B.I.G.)
Live squad was behind a lot of the earlier production of 2Pac and Thug Life as well as some of Nas songs.
They were signed to Tommy Boy records and was supposed to drop an album under the label but it was shelved due to it’s explicit nature which didn’t fit Tommy Boy’s radio friendly image.
Stretch was a good friend of Tupac in the beginning but they had a falling out after Tupac was shot and robbed in 1994. A year after that incident Stretch was murdered. The two never squashed their beef.
