Lionel Burke Cartwright was born on February 10, 1960 in Gallipolis, Ohio and raised in Glen Dale, West Virginia. He now lives in Nashville with wife Cindy (Stewart) Cartwright, whom he married on November 24, 1984. The couple are the parents of two children, Mason and Isabel.
