Colin Alexander Lay (b. November 22nd, 2008), better known by his stage name Lil Xero (formerly LILXBOI), is an American rapper from Harlan, Kentucky, a small rural area near the east corner of Kentucky.

Lil Xero has his own record label, XERO Records, and has been signed onto it since February 2019. He mainly produces his beats himself but has used beats from NextLane Beats and DT.
