Lil Raptor is an experimental lofi project based in Houston, TX. He was around 15 years old when he began producing mainly MIDI beats around 2016 releasing a handful of demo tapes/EPs that are either buried or deleted from the internet. Lil Raptor then graduated to the standard sample-based beats in 2017 releasing his first couple official mixtapes such as: “life and depression”, “beach.island”, “No $leep”, and more.

By around 2019, Lil Raptor’s experimentation unfolds with the release of “aqua.violet”, “Never $leep” and “Post/Fidelity”, which began to taking an odd turn. In 2023, Lil Raptor takes an even deeper turn with his latest album “Darksunn//” which became a blend of lofi, jazz, and post-rock.
