Lil Peep & Smokepurpp

Lil Peep and Smokepurpp were close friends around late 2016 and early 2017. They met through the internet according to Purpp in the Everybody’s Everything documentary.

For two months, the two would become roommates and therefore good friends while being openers for the When The Lean Runs Out tour headlined by Florida rapper, Fat Nick.

When Peep passed away in late 2017, Purpp would tweet:

He routinely makes tribute posts on social media for the late friend.

It was speculated that Purpp’s best friend, Lil Pump, had hopped onto an unreleased Peep record. This has been confirmed to be false.
