Lil Mayo is a social media influencer, and alien character portrayed on Instagram by Alex Martyn. Mayo himself may only be a rubber alien prop, but the character’s Instagram posts photos of a lavish life in Los Angeles, surrounded by rap artists, models and other influencers alike.

Lil Mayo’s character has also delved into the music industry, producing its own songs, as well as collaborating with popular artist Yung Gravy on the track “E.T.” and making an appearance in bbno$’s album, i don’t care at all, in the song “jimmy neutron”.
