Francis García (better known as Lil' Diabetes) was born on May 4th, 1999 in Compton, California. He lived with an abusive father, a schizophrenic mother, and one brother (Lil' Slippery, who was born on April 2nd, 2000). Lil' Diabetes attended school but dropped out his senior year to begin creating music.

Diabetes released his debut album “Bitches Be Running” on November 8th, 2019. Then, he released his second studio album, “ZITS” on February 2nd, 2020, which became popular. Lil' Diabetes also released his first EP, “You Can Use Anything!” on March 8th, 2020. Lil' Diabetes released his third studio album “Stage Fright” on April 18th. Lil' Diabetes also released his second EP “Sellout” which gained him two more hits with “Just A Sellout” and “YESSIR” featuring the now-deceased Lil' Cum Stain. Then, Diabetes released two more albums, one being a compilation of diss tracks of his worst enemy, Adam Raps. Diabetes also released his third, fourth, and fifth EPs, “Anime Vibes”, “UNCreativiting Us”, and “Halloween”, and his fifth and sixth studio albums, “Live, Flex, Eat, Repeat” and “WHO IS THAT BOY? Vol.2”, the sequel of the diss track album.

Diabetes used the animation software tool Vyond for his album covers and music videos. Starting from “You Can Use Anything!”, he used Plotagon. However, in “Time for A Break”, a collab with Eddcakes, the music video was made with Vyond.

Diabetes uses BandLab for his music.

Somewhere in late 2022, Diabetes stopped making music under the Lil' Diabetes name and deleted all of his work, making this page one of the only traces left of his work. He now makes music under his real name, Francis García.
