Lights & Motion is a cinematic post-rock project based in Gothenburg, Sweden. Founded in 2012 by Christoffer Franzén, the project came to life after a long period of insomnia, where Christoffer spent his nights alone writing music instead of sleeping. Originally meant as an outlet for his lack of sleep, Lights & Motion has since gone on to release several full-length albums.

The music of Lights & Motion have often been used in movie trailers and in popular TV-shows.
