Liam Ó Maonlaí was born on 7 November 1964 in Monkstown, County Dublin, Ireland. He is the lead singer and multi-instrumentalist from the group Hothouse Flowers, including piano, organ, vibraphone and bodhran.
He has also been part of ALT band together with Tim Finn and Andy White.
