Choi Jisu ( 최지수) monoymously known as Lia, is a South Korean-Canadian singer, rapper and dancer under JYP Entertainment. She’s a member of South Korean girl group, ITZY.

Firstly, Lia auditioned to SM Entertainment, but right before she was able to become a official trainee, she had difficulties with her parents. Seven years later, Lia had transferred to JYP Entertainment, where she trained for two years. On January 20th, 2019 Lia was then revealed as a member of ITZY.

As for Lia’s solo projects, she’s done an Korean sound track for 옷소매 붉은 끝동 (The Red Sleeve), with “밝혀줄게 별처럼 (Always Be Your Star),” and she has made multiple covers to songs.

Additionally, she’s graduated from Incheon Sinsong Elementary School, Shinsong Middle School, and lastly graduated from the famous, Seoul Performing Arts High School (SOPA).
