Leira Alicea, AKA LEIRA THE TRANARCHIST, is a rapper and producer hailing from Lowell, Massachusetts. She is the founder and leader of Industrial Arson.
Having started practicing music at the age of 10, Leira went through many different phases of music and aliases, before landing on The Tranarchist title in July of 2022. She very quickly made a name for herself in the trap metal scene, managing to befriend and collaborate with massive players in the scene such as Triple777, Changeline, and Kid Kami. She also stood out with her shameless pride in her gender identity, basing much of her albums on the very premise.
Beyond just being an artist, she also takes on the role of manager for Industrial Arson, mainly taking care of booking and organizing shows, networking with other artists, and being the sole organizer of the annual Industrial Arson Festival, or IA Fest for short.
Among musical inspirations, she has cited Teenage Disaster, ISSBROKIE, Cam Steady, MF DOOM, Bring Me The Horizon, Carnifex, and others.
