Lecx Stacy is an American songwriter, producer, visual artist, and artist from San Diego, CA.
The multifaceted creative had a broad range of influences while developing his personal sound, which includes seminal emo and punk bands such as My Chemical Romance and Bad Brains to hip-hop royalty such as OutKast and Wu-Tang Clan, as well as certain video games and b-horror movies of the 80s.
Stacy was chosen to be a part of the 2019 NTS Work In Progress artist mentorship program, which led to him receiving creative guidance under Mount Kimbie. His name began making waves for his production on Jean Dawson’s Bad Sports EP, and was followed by his debut single “Beaded”. This later ended up on Stacy’s debut project, Face Plants EP, which was released on May 14, 2020. His production can also be seen on Jean Dawson’s 06 Burst.
