Laura Thorn is a 25 year old singer and music teacher from Luxembourg. Laura has been trained in music theory, piano, cello, keyboard, chamber music and dance from a young age. Since the age of five, Laura has performed on stage and taken part in musical competitions. She completed her studies with a master’s degree in music theory, music pedagogy, and pop singing, from IMEP in Namur. Laura is a teacher at the Esch-sur-Alzette Conservatory of Music. She’s a native speaker of Luxembourgish and French, she’s also fluent in English and German.

In 2025, she represented Luxembourg at the Eurovision Song Contest in Basel with the song “La poupée monte le son” after winning Luxembourg’s national final. On May 15th, she qualified from the semi final and placed 7th out of 16 with 62 points. On May 17th, she competed 2nd in the Grand Final and placed 22nd with 47 points
