In 2012, KZL joined a band fascinated by a biographical movie about their favourite hip-hop group. Desperately in need of instrumentals, he honed his craft by writing soul and jazz sample-based music. Later influenced by other genres, he started a solo career and is currently working on his debut album intended to push the hip-hop genre further.
