Kyambo “Hip Hop” Joshua is a famous Hip Hop mogul, adviser, manager and a prominent icon within the Roc-a-fella dynasty, and is most well known for introducing rapper Jay-Z with, at the time, producer Kanye West who produced hits for Jay-Z such as “Izzo (H.O.V.A)”, and “‘03 Bonnie and Clyde”, and has been close friends up until a recent beef between the two.
Kyambo, or “Hip Hop” is credited as an adviser on a large sum of Jay-Z and Kanye West songs, including their collaboration together in 2011 “Watch The Throne”
“Hip Hop” is also noted for Kanye’s shout out to him on the hook to the closing track of his 2007 album “Graduation”,
My big brother is B.I.G’s brother, Used to be Dame and Bigg’s brother, Who was Hip Hop brother, who was No I.D’s friend, No I.D’s My mentor, now let the story begin"
Unfortunately, aside from a few interviews on the web there isn’t a whole lot of information out in the public regarding “Hip Hop”.
In 2018 “Hip Hop” gave the Modern Alternative Hip Hop Group “Injury Reserve” a co-sign, and helps in management and adviser on Injury Reserve’s Debut Commercial Album “Injury Reserve”. This decision was pretty surprising considering how inclusive “Hip Hop’s” assistance has been over the years, lending his help to predominantly Roc-a-fella related artists, as well as Injury Reserve’s more underground presence, showing the potiential that he saw for the group.
