Korhan Futacı is an Istanbul-based saxophonist, composer, producer, singer and songwriter.

A renowned name in Turkey’s alternative music scene, Futacı is known both for his solo works and his contribute to the free-jazz band Konstrukt, which he co-founded in 2008.

Futacı’s music is described as a mix of psychedelic rock, jazz and lyrical music, blended with elements from Anatolian folklore. This way, he channels Istanbul’s chaos into his art, turning it into an energetic ritual-like atmosphere infused with dark sounds and abstract textures.
